Is travel included in the advertised prices?

Yes. Travel is included for events in the London and Essex area. Additional charges will be added for other regions.

 

What happens if the musicians are ill on the day of our event?  

If a musician is unable to play on the day we will provide a suitable replacement.

Can you play outside? 

Yes, weather permitting we are able to play outside. Unfortunately we are unable to play in rain as this will damage our instruments, so we recommend having the option of a sheltered area for us just in case. 

 

How much space do you need? 

The duo needs two armless chairs with space to play either side. If you choose to hire a larger ensemble we will require more space. 

 

What is the booking process? 

A £100 deposit is required to confirm your booking. We will be in touch 2 months before your event to finalise repertoire and times and you will receive your final invoice a month before your event is due to take place.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking? 

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your £100 deposit should there be a cancellation.

Can I choose my own songs for the ceremony? 

Yes. Our repertoire list is extensive so we are likely to already have most popular choices. If not, we are happy to arrange your favourite songs. We will be in touch two months before your event to finalise song choices.

What do the musicians wear? 

We usually wear all black for most events but we are happy to wear a different colour to fit into your theme.
